        in the first one he's training his jaw muscles(same thing as the goughnutts doughnuts)
        the second one he's strenghtening his neck so his head does'nt snap back(you usually do the sides to for others parts of the neck)

        the goughnutts doughnuts are better, you dont gotta look like a complete ****** doin margaritos workout at the gym, instead just chew the goughnutts doughnuts at home after a days workout

        your idiots if you dont think that works
        what you need to prevent gettin knocked out, is a well stretched neck(preferbly through looking side to side, up and down and all around aka goin in circles) and a tough jaw muscles gives more stability on your mattisse or whatever the **** it's called as to prevent pulling on that muscle which leads into your ****in temple

        i love the punks that never stepped in the ring and never took any boxing lessons act like they know ****

        margarito lost his gounghnutts doughnut and he had to stick to this primitive exercise which cost him the fight with mosley

                Do this go the the advanced Search button, look at my posts and it says who I have helped train and who I am in the gym with....

                I know what I know and dont ACT like I know other ****.... If I dont know.. Okay.....
