does someone who hits a heavybag everyday have more power than the average guy??

            That's kinda what I meant by my post.

            You could be a powerful guy, but unless you're experienced with transfering that explosiveness into your punch, someone smaller than you may well end up having a more powerful punch.

              Hitting the heavy-bag seems to improve me power and my stamina personally. Plus in video games, when you train on the heavy-bag it improves the power and stamina properties of your character.
