My reaction was the same as the MSG crowd watching it. I kept waiting for Tito to turn it around. By the ninth round, I realized I was watching the most impressive performance in a pound for pound superfight since Azumah Nelson cleaned Jeff Fenech's clock. And like the MSG crowd (mostly Puerto Rican), I found myself cheering for Hopkins in the final few rounds. What a night...I'll never forget.

I just couldn't imagine Tito losing that fight man...I was so stunned. But damn, when you witness a performance like that...what else can you say? I just know you could hear a pin drop in the Garden that night, especially from rounds 7-10.

Man, it wasn't about a plan B. What was plan B going to be? Outbox Bernard? Hell nah. Hopkins did him a favor and actually took it easy the first half of the fight. That was one severe ass-kicking.

I never understood those who said Tito was one-dimensional - he was a very, very efficient boxer at 147 although he did seem to fall in love with his power in the higher weights. But people pretend just because he couldn't adjust to a great jab or something that he was one-dimensional. I guess Shane Mosley is too since he couldn't keep Forrest or Winky's jab out of his grill.
