Don't believe the Rock Star Hype

Rock Star is not terrible for you, although it's not really good for you either. This is what i think, if you got enough liquids running in and out of your body along with a good training regiment, then your body should be able to deal with the "sugar rush" as well as the crash.

People have no idea what they're talking about. No one does, including me. I find it very annoying when people flip the fcuk out saying that Rock Stars are so bad, this and that.

I limit myself to one Rock Star a day... actually more like 1 1/2 a day. But i burn all that energy off so my body is balanced. People who drink more than 3 Rock Stars a day, that might be over doing it. But if i need a little booster, you know i'm goin with a Rock Star. I'm a fcukin Rock Star.

I do know and that **** is terrible for you and I will tell you why.

    SUGAR..............

With your same logic, sodas are ok as well. I mean anything in moderation is ok but I wouldn't consider drinking 1 1/2 rockstars a day good for you, especially if you are over 30 and trying to stay or get in shape.

Anything that has that amount of sugar is not good for your body period. If you need an energy boost, there's tons of other NATURAL ways to get it.

People drink that stuff for the rush and taste but it does **** for your body.

Woaw, woaw, woaw...no one said i was over 30. LOL.

I am cognizant of the sugar which is why i try not to over do it. I'm trying to limit myself to 1 Rock Star in the morning. I don't think i can kick. I just try to keep it down and contained.

It's funny though. This ***** does work though. Cus if it didn't, then people wouldn't be making a big deal of how bad it is for you. I'm not an energy drink junkie though. I only drink Rock Star...and an occasional Red Bull.

Health Wise yeah sure it isn't beneficial, but i don't think it's as detrimental as people make it out to be. I've looked at the ingredients, there isn't anything in that can that people haven't been exposed to before.

If I **** wit them drinks at all, I hit Aldi's and get the knock off Red Bull ****, Red Thunder. No sugar, no caffeine, no carbs, provides a good rush. For the most part I don't even bother wit that kinda **** tho. Coffee does the trick for me in the AM.

I can't drink coffee. Since i'm super hyper active, coffee makes me sleepy. I'm considering switching up to diet Rock Star, it dumbs down the effect a little.

That Rock Star zinger be gettin me on one.

I never said you were over 30 but that **** catches up to you believe it or not.

It's all a fad man, I mean energy drinks are nothing new but they are so over hyped right now that the market is saturated with them.

I stick to water personally. When I need energy I will eat something high in carbs before I work out. actually working out gives me the energy I need. I don't ever drink cofffe, tea or soda.

It's unfair to lump tea in there. Tea is very good for you as long as there's no milk in it. Green tea has been used for over 4000 years. As for the other **** like Red Bull and whatever, obviously it's rubbish and should only be used in moderation.
