mccline is always in shape & has only been down once vs wladimir klitschko(hurt his knee vs valuev I don't count).mccline has gone 12 rounds several times so it very important arreola can go some rounds or he will lose a decision.mccline can punch harder than people think & has decent stamina & defence.arreola is stepping up bigtime! Good matchup & mccline is 38 but arreola must be ready to go 12 or else he may have bigtime problems in this fight

I don't even consider Areola a contender at this point. He's shown himslef to have potential but he hasn't had the best level of oposition and he needs to be in much better condition when he comes out to fight.

I never understood that, a fighter should be in shape for his fights. There should be no excuses, I mean you are training for that one moment.

The verdict is still out on Areola.

He'd get KTFO by either of the K bros.

Agree if we are speaking about the Kilts, however, I would love to see hi mblast out Valuev and I think he can do it today. He can probably take out Ruslan as well. At least get that strap in the hands of someone who is a little exciting, Ruiz is their #1 contender for christsake.

It is a problem that he hates his morning workouts and roadwork. it's very difficult to do something that you hate to do consistently.

I hope he can beat one of the Klitschko's for the same reason I want Gomez to beat Vitali on Saturday... it's nothing against the Klitschko's, but because it's one step closer to a unified champ. If Gomez can beat Vitali, you know Wlad will want avenge his brother's loss. If Arreola can get a shot at Chagaev / Valuev and get the WBA strap, and Gomez can beat Vitali, Wlad can fight Gomez to avenge his brother's loss and then unify with Arreola.

Arreola is overweight but dude is entertainin. Some of the best heavyweight fights recently have been Arreola vs. Walker and Arreola vs. Chazz. Now Goosen-Tutor, arguably the best promotional company, is puttin on Arreola vs. McCline and Peter vs. Chambers. Both these fights gonna knock Chagaev vs. Drumond outta the water and Klitschko vs. Rahman. Not only dat but Goosen has Paul Williams-Winky Wright and up an coming lightweight John Molina. Don't kno why other promotional companies can't do it like Goose.

The article was wrong in that he was dropped in the 2nd round. But he came back to drop Walker later that round. Talk about resilience. McCline is a good choice to get ready for Klitchko. He will make Arreola fight and last longer than his last few opponents. But I would pick Arreola over 2 of the 3 Champs right now.
