BBC - Khan willing to take Prescott rematch

I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt, to me he did make quite a few mistakes in that 50 second period, he lunged forward, he dropped his hands, and he tried to fight with a puncher, there's no doubt that his punch resistance is terrible though.

You have to give him credit for wanting a rematch against the guy who knocked him out brutally.

I know I've asked this question a few times, but, why won;t khan't look at fighting a UK challenger before looking overseas and "setting the record straight". there are a few good fighters on these shores that would put him away. Yeah i know i go nuts about Khan but hes just the one fighter i cant stand, makes me angry to be a British fan, i probably shouldnt go over the top as much as i do, i m usually very objective, even when dealing with my favourite fighters. Glad you agree with me though

I think a Murray fight would be amazing (especially since Murray has take over Khan in the BBC British P4P rankings - and we all know how important they are lol), but i think Khan might just edge it against Thaxton now..Jon looked old in his last fight!

Well then that is blind hate. Every word you've just said. All that stuff about him being ****y, not humble, dismissive of his own faults, etc. is all subjective - to me he does seem humble, willing to learn more each fight and rise up as much as he's allowed to. You obviously don't think so, but there's nothing behind your posts which can be touted as fact. No objectiveness. Just opinion. A really bitter, hating one. :wnk1:

His defence had improved against MAB, but he couldn't even take a Jab from the naturally bigger, heavier hitting Prescott without doing the chicken dance
Unless he can go the whole fight without taking a big punch from Prescott, I just don't think he has the chin.

That is the major problem about the prescott fight!!! How can you do a chicken dance from a jab??? I was shocked when i saw that...

hey if khan can improve even more under roach then why can't he bate Prescott?

hate the fact he took too much notice of the crowd and wanted to please them by knocking out his opponent as fast as he could. He should be cautious and patient.

I laughed when I saw him get hit.he better enjoy that farce win vs barrera because any decent punching lightweight is going to kill him.I love to see the Prescott fight happen again.I don't see a change in the result other than khan being gunshy & running for a few rounds.BAM!
