I feel if a fighter can make the weight then he can fight wherever he wants. Why does it have to be at WW? Manny is moving up and down, De La Hoya moved down to 147 from 154 to fight Manny. Floyd moved all the way up to 154 to fight De La Hoya and on fight night he was only 148? Floyd is naturally a lil guy. I think when he came to the ring to fight Zab he was 145, he's small. Cotto/Berto/Mosley come to the ring on fight night sometimes like 160.
