Yep, Barrera is waaaaaay over the hill. It was sad to see him plod forward being hit at will without any sort of answer.

That said, Khan did look much improved. He kept his hands up more, looked sharper defensively and will only get better under Roach.

I see a lot of comparisons with Khan and Pacquiao. Both fast, but only Pacquiao has the power to make it effective. With that said, do you really think Khan's punches had any power to them? No. Not enough to make any sort of impact. The only real impact he had during the fight was his flashy speed to win over the crowd.

In terms of ring generalship, power and I'm guessing pretty much everything else except confidence Paq is a million leagues higher than Khan for now, but Khan does have a long way to go.

I don't think he was shot, I think he was a worn 122lb fighter in the ring with a massive 135lber the size of most Middleweigths and it showed.

Khan on the other hand, boxed well and you can't take that away from him.

The Uk papers were a joke today. saying **** like Khan batters Barrera, Khan assasinates, khan demolishes , what a lot of crap! **** makes me wanna puke. I'd like to have seen what would have happend if it was Khan that recieved the hellish head wound, im guessing it would have been stopped long before the 5th.

He aint shot because of a cut,but he is 35,fights in the lower weight classes and has 70 odd fights under his belt a lot of them wars.do the math.
