A lot of you are saying Barrera is shot.....because of a loss to a cut?

Seriously? He may have slowed down, but since when was MAB lightning fast? Of course chinny Khan is going to be faster, younger, etc, but when he makes remarks like "I proved everyone wrong", it just makes him look like just another big headed hype job.

Well, actually this isn't the first time AT ALL that Marco Antonio fought outside of NORTH America. Or even any of the America's, for that matter. He fought Paul Lloyd in London.

Now the reason people think he was shot, was because he lacks the same skills that he once had in his prime. You know, like a shot fighter would.

No way Barrera is so shot, id class him as disabled, how else could he have lost to a brit? even by accident?

Barrera looked like less than his best against Pacquiao. And the second time it wasn't even much because of Manny. Not to discredit him, either. But Barrera just looked slower, less eager to fight and overall, just sluggish.

This, after he lost to Marquez. Nothing to be ashamed of either. He gave it a go, but didn't look like the same guy either.

Both of those fights were in 2007 or before that. Not to mention all the wars that he's been in, BRAWLING wars. And he's at 135 and lower for his career, meaning ACTUAL years catch up quicker, and he started out at 15 or 16 years old. Meaning, he's been boxing for 20 years or so, and he's 35 or so, to begin with.

Now, what makes you think he's NOT shot?
