Hopkins vs Adamek on the same night as UFC 100?

Im a fan of both sports. Difference is, I'll pay to see UFC 100, and although i'll watch Hopkins/Ademek, that is not something that i'll pay for. As much as boxing snobs hate White, he sure knows how to put on a great show and gives his fans thier money's worth.

ya great point ... white does and his matchmaker do know how to put a card together ... they're no joke ... but in general i dont know how much of the same fan base they're fighting for ...

i think hopkins adamek would be an HBO BAD, but head to head ufc would murder it as a ppv i think that would be a given ...

Hey, why don't you take this to a UFC forum? Serious, Adamek-Hopkins is not even going to be on PPV. Several sources have reported that if it were to happen it'd be on HBO WCB. You're just trying to suck that *** Dana White's balls and **** on Golden Boy.

Besides, it doesn't really matter if they have it on the same night as the UFC fights, it's not like Hopkins-Adamek is a mainstream type of fight. Do you think anyone outside of Polish or avid boxing fans know who Tomasz Adamek is?

The fight's still going to do awesome because Adamek can sell tix, and so can Hopkins.

Those 3 fights alone will draw in more than 1million buys, and im sure Dana will stack this card with about 2-3 more high profile fights. PPV vs PPV, UFC 100 will smash Hopkins vs Ademek.

It doesn't matter given that the fight is going to be on HBO and boxing fans will watch boxing and MMA fans will pay and watch MMA.
