lol Of course he's willing to return to Welterweight, that's the only division where he's the obvious favorite in just about ANY fight due to his freakish size. Light Middleweight probably scares the **** out of him and he probably might not even get past Winky.

Realistically, he's just not that big of a name. He is though a bigger than the dudes at 154 and even 160. He's not going to get any big fights at WW, but he can possibly dominate the 154 division and make a run for 160 where he can be a recognized champ. If I were promoting him and looking at the landscape of 154-160..there's a ****load of fights you can make for him now.

After watching Paul with Verno Phillip I have no doubt that Cotto would kill PW to the Body and beat him. PW is easy to lure inside and will fight Cotto's style if they ever do meet in the ring.
