How is this news? He's been saying the same thing all along. He tried to make fights with Clottey and Margarito late last year, and he called out Mosley only two weeks ago.

Hes an idiot if he goes back to 147 and im talking health wise. Has everyone forgotten about chris byrd already. The same will happen to paul if he keeps jumping up and down in weight. In this fight he actually has to build muscle. If he goes back down to 147 he will have to burn that muscle off therefore he will await the same fate chris byrd did.

LOL! He is 6'1", and so was Hearns - height has nothing to do with it, it's a weight class, not a height class.

As for why he is still being ducked, how about you ask the top welterweights? Although to be fair to Clottey, he wanted to fight Williams late last year and HBO killed it. So maybe you should ask HBO.

the real reason none of the TOP WELTERS want to fight williams is because he doesnt bring **** to the table in economics terms!!

and that sucks! cos i have mad respect for williams!!! great fighter!! that is making a name by him self... by facing the best!! but that doesnt change the fact.. that for any fu cking reason!! his fanss doesnt stand up with him... and $upport him as he deserve!!!
