I think I'm the only one that doesn't mind this. Mora is a tough dude and will probably make it a long night for Pavlik. Kelly just wants more hard rounds to prepare for Abraham or Wright/Williams, Rubio was a confidence booster and nothing more.

The middle weight division is awful straight up. A fight between Pavlik and Abraham is not easy to make, both guys want to get paid but King Arthur is not widely known in the US, and Arum is not anxious to send Pavlik to Germany. This applies to Sturm also.

Pavlik is a boxer so he needs to fight whoever to make a living, as long as better fights happean down the road it will all be water under the bridge.

Well this ain't exactly a great top 10 we have. There's really only two people Pavlik can fight and that's Abraham and Sturm. And Abraham already has a fight on Saturday.

well...those are 2 fights

Those are very hard fights to make though. Sturm and Abrham are cash cows in Germany, why would they come to fight Pavlik for less then they would make in Germany against some other joker (although Giovanni Lorenzo-Abraham is a pretty attractive scrap).

These fights have to be built up to have any kinfd of chance to happean. To me they are not even starting the process of bringing the fight to a boil.
