After Mora, he could possibly be matched against Duddy, with the way Arum thinks. But, it's quite possible that Abraham will be the next guy. I think it will be. If he goes the Duddy route after this, I'll start to be a bit concerned. For right now, it's not his fault that Abraham might not make the weight.

He should press the fight to be sure to catch him at the weight, but he shouldn't dictate his career based on what the other man is doing.

Vernon Forrest would be better, or even Sebastian Sylvester.
Co-Sign, this fight is a waste of our time. At Kelly's level, he should always be looking to make good fights, even if he has to wait a little to get them.

Don't start getting in the ring with bums to try and pursuade us that you are better than you really are. I hope Pavlik gets exposed later down the line by P-Will or another rising 154 or 160 pounder.

Honestly, you said, Pavlik should get the same deal, and then you decide to be the one who gives him that hate.

I'm not trying to bring up Mayweather because I hate him or something, I really don't. But Mayweather had money fights along the way. Gatti wasn't for his legacy, and that's fine. Pavlik is even younger than Mayweather and there aren't SO many options at Middleweight.

I'm not trying to hate on anyone, including you, but I don't think you gave Mayweather **** for that decision. If you did, that's fine, but then I'd ask why? He fought for some money, while moving up and then kept it moving.

Since when is it wrong to fight for some money? People act as if ALL great fighters never had these kind of fights before.
Gatti was for a belt, Floyd didnt make bs defenses and this isnt a mandatory for Pavlik. I dont have a problem with a fighter making money but some have acted as if Pavlik is a world beater. Floyd's fights had signifigance behind them whether you want to admit it or not.

I'm sorry, he was already exposed by B-Hop, I meant exposed again; this time loosing his belt at 160 lbs.

The middleweight division is terrible pretty much. King Arthur wants to get paid to fight Pavlik, and in the US I do not know how much money is there for that fight. I am sure Sturm is the same deal, and Arum does not want to put Pavlik on a plane to Germany to defend his belts (that is a big risk unless it is for huge money).

He could fight some joker next also who knows, Arum likes whatever fight makes him the most money and with Pavlik he is looking at long term earnings and not cashing out.

The difference here is that Mayweather went up in weight to fight Gatti..Sergio Mora is coming up in weight to fight Pavlik.......but anyways Mora vs Pavlik i actually like it much better than Pavlik/Duddy..Mora is a decnt fihter and i think Pavlik wont knock him out but as of now its a toss up but im leaning towards Pav just a little on this one

Victoriano Sosa was not a mandatory (at least I don't think so... his very next fight against N'dou was a mandatory, so I can't imagine they were back to back), and he was coming off of a loss against Paul Spadafora, which was Floyd's second defense of his lightweight title, after his rematch against Castillo.
