Kelly Pavlik-Sergio Mora Agreement Reached

Oh well, I think it is kind of an interesting fight. I am interested to see how Pavlik will deal with Mora's style. Kind of an odd fight even if Mora has some name value, the fight could turn out pretty bad since Mora is not really the type of fighter that Pavlik looks great against.

If Pavlik could knock out Mora that would be pretty cool to see though. I would have gone to this fight if it was in Cleveland.

U cant be serious Kelly,i was a big fan,but uve been fighting bums! Ive got more respect for Paul Williams,hes willing to fight anybody and hes fighting Winky in his next fight and he aint even undisputed champ

Seems like Arum has lost confidence in Kelly.

He should be fighting 1) Abraham 2) Sturm or 3) the winner of Wright-Williams.

Vernon Forrest would be better, or even Sebastian Sylvester.

You know what I don't understand? Why do you decide to live your life based upon how other people would look at the situation.

Honestly, you said, Pavlik should get the same deal, and then you decide to be the one who gives him that hate.

I'm not trying to bring up Mayweather because I hate him or something, I really don't. But Mayweather had money fights along the way. Gatti wasn't for his legacy, and that's fine. Pavlik is even younger than Mayweather and there aren't SO many options at Middleweight.

I'm not trying to hate on anyone, including you, but I don't think you gave Mayweather **** for that decision. If you did, that's fine, but then I'd ask why? He fought for some money, while moving up and then kept it moving.

Vernon Forrest is a Haymon fighter, Arum will not work with him. So is Williams. The European dudes all want to get paid to fight Pavlik in teh US and Arum does not want to send Pavlik to Europe.

I'm only mad at the date. It means that Abraham would have to wait longer, and possibly not be able to make the weight by say..... September or October. ****.

Nonetheless, I'm not too upset at the opponent. Mora isn't great by ANY means, but if it's free, I don't care. Pavlik has taken on some big names and he can get some money fights out of the way, so long as he doesn't do it forever.

If a guy LIKE (preferrably, the man himself) Abraham came next, he'd have fought, Miranda, Taylor twice, Lockett, Hopkins, Rubio, Mora, and then Abraham. Really, can't be mad at that.
