The fact that Mexicans, or any never-say-die type fighter, are willing to brawl until they have nothing left just to give us, the fans, a show, gives them the right to quit if they choose. Nothing wrong with quitting, especially in this sport. If you're hurt, you're hurt, stop before it gets any worse, you may have your chance for a rematch or to further your career.

Same for Morales 2 and 3, he fought like a warrior till he couldn't. Glenn Donaire quit, but he fought his heart out till he thought he broke his Jaw. AJ Banal gassed out of a fight he was winning and could not continue, but the fact that he was spent tells me he tried till his lungs were bursting. I consider fighters that only do enough to win quitters because they take away from the spirit of competition and deprive themselves and their opposition of it.. DLH againts Trinidad was wack cuz DLH was a quitter. Now their are warriors and their are ultimate warriors. These are the fighters who set their limits high. Vasquez is a warrior but Marquez is an ultimate warrior. Glen may have shown to be a game but Arthur Abraham was dead game. Banal may have some fight in him but Barrera against Morales in their 3rd encounter showed that even fatigue wasn't going to stop him. Cotto was down and beaten but Corrales may have gotten up being the super warrior he was.
