this thread has nothing to do with cotto but you quickly mention him. true definition of a hater. fighters of all races quit so what. theyre the one's putting their life and health on the line so if they had enough punishment in the ring and decide to quit, then let them be.

Alright i'll cut the bs. Just remember that most of those guys on the list were past their prime. Mijares was KTFO and Vazquez quit but against a fellow countrymen. Rubio ain't ****. But good list none the less.

The only way to redeem yourself is to admit you screwed up.
"MOST OF THEM" already killed your case.

I still don't see what the ****ing big deal is with quitting...

Hey Erik Morales, you've been down a thousand times in three rounds, are you going to win against Pacquiao? If the answer is no... why in the **** would you continue? So you can get beaten up more? That makes 0 logical sense, and makes 0 logical sense to expect fighters to do that.

Hey Chavez, Oscar De La Hoya is torching your ass, are you going to win this fight? No? Okay, then you are forgiven for quitting.

If a fighter doesn't have a chance of winning at any point in the match, I'm okay with them qutting.

Freitas quitting against Corrales was SMART in my opinion. What the hell was the point of shortening his career by taking more of a pounding from Corrales?

Anyone who expects fighters to fight until they are dead are idiots... not just idiot fans, but idiots in life. I can't imagine anything that makes less sense than this ****** ideology of quitting means that the fighter is a coward.
