He quit once early in his career,i believe in his stool and in another fight he refused to keep going cause of a cut,so it ended in a draw....Lampley talks about it in the first fight against morales...I don't remember what round but he says morales is trainer get's up in the press confrence and say's my fighter doesn't quit like your's..This was in the 1st fight..Manny is a good fighter and all but his fans make fun of other fighters quitting when he did it twice

The doctor stopped the Sanchez fight. He didn't refuse to continue. Where did you get that idea from? I don't remember a single fight where he quit, and I've seen most of them.

Draws: 2. Marquez 1, Agapito Sanchez (doctor stopped fight in 6th round).
Losses: 2. Both were 3rd round KO's.

Well, to be fair, it seems he picked up some bad information. That's the problem with half the posts on this forum -- people post incorrect info and unless someone corrects it and states a few facts people will go on believing it for years. "No, it's true! I read it on a boxing forum, some guy said Pacquiao quit. Pacquiao is a *****!", etc. Then it snowballs from there. I see the same thing with lots of fighters. Lots of messages posted out of ignorance.
