Funny thing is, Floyd best wins/biggest accomplishments took place @ 130 & 135, yet he didnt recieve his pfp#1 status till later in his career when he took on lesser competition.Comment

I dont know about it being icing on the cake, but ok. My question is, if he spent most of his career at 130-135, and his biggest wins/accomplishents took place at those weight classes, how come he wasnt recognized as pfp#1 back then. Why did they wait for him to fight guys like Gatti and Baldomir to award him that title? It just doesnt make any sense.Comment
