You did all this talking to finally get in negotiations for the HW title.. the ONE thing that you want... and your going to stall?

Im not even saying hes to blame.. but he must be PARTLY to blame, otherwise the fight would of been made... he needs to be a YES man..

Take 40%... fight in HIS hometown.. do whatever it takes to get the fight done.. and prove yourself in that ring..

I like Haye... but now is the time to humble himself... PROVE himself... and THEN he can call the shots...

Ive really never given my opinion on the Haye/Wlad situation... I dont even think Ive even stated who I think would win... and im not necessarily a HUGE follower of either fighter... so I am pretty un-biased in this situation..

BUT.. I would like to see this fight, and would look forward to it... so that is my take on what needs to happen.
I think he's starting to believe his own hype. He may actually have forgotten he's not heavy weight world champ just yet. I think he'll get his hands on a Klit before too long.

If he wins he still can't start his own stipulations because the rematch clauses. Dude has to fight Wlad and then fight Vitali and give up both titles if sanct. bodies force him to do mandatories. So he could Beat Wlad and then beat Vitali and still not be HW champion.

If he beats Wlad how would he not be a HW champ?

even if theres a rematch clause... he would still have the title.

I think it could actually help Haye, in that his name will grow, so will his rankings, so he might be able to force a slightly more favourable deal, and avoid the ridiculous re match clauses Wlad was sticking in to the point there'd be 3 Klitscko fights over a year, the last one not even for a belt. Now that's ridiculous.

Build the name, fight, rankings, and eventually a fairer all round deal for all will come off.

Well obviously that is the way to go, but since it seemed like he wanted the fight NOW... then sign the contract fight and win...

Well, it's unclear what the latest re match clause was, and this for me was enough to walk away from the negotiating table, but Haye was ******ly tolerant of that but not fighting in Germany.

I mean, 3 Klitscko fights, the last you have to drop your self on, going on over a year, that **** is ridiculous and would definitely wind up in him losing one of the fights by KO esp with his chin, so he'd have been royally fooked.

One fight, early next year, then we have ourselves a different situation if he wins.

It was reported today that Wladimir Klitschko has started negotiations for a fight with Alexander Dimitrenko.

Haye will now have to take the harder road to a title fight, just like Wlad did in his IBF eliminator with Peter.

I am under the assumption that these negotiations have little to do with haye.

He has given into most of vlad's demands, he agreed to go to germany, agreed to an un-favorable split of the money, and even some of the ridiculous rematch clauses, which were idiotic when I heard them. I am not sure why the negotiations have broken down but I think we should wait to hear an announcement before anyone starts pointing any fingers
