    yes, those countries treat their homegrown stars great, but if things were booming, it would seem like everybody would be running over to those places to fight, and not doing so as a last resort.
    The money is still here. The athletes are not. I don't need to be in Europe to see that.

          Well it's not as popular as used to be mainly because the big fights don't happen often. Boxing used to be on the sports section in a newspaper, now it isn't.

            It's not at it's best that's for sure. I see commercials like this one for amateur boxing on network tv and I just wish those days would return.

              I'm not sure which type of thread I hate more : "MMA vs. Boxing", or "Boxing is Dead".

              One thing is for sure, both of those types of threads make me want to let Stevie Wonder shave my neck.
