Margarito has fought more top WWs in the world than any other fighter in the last couple of years. He didn't lose to Clottey, the hand excuse is bull****(bruised knuckles). He lost to Williams and Shane, but the way Shane beat him was very surprising and pretty bad ass. He wasn't losing the Cotto fight, Cotto may of won the majority of the earlier rounds but that's it really.

thats your oppinion i didn't say anything whe you said that you think calderon lost because that is your oppinion but to me i honestly thought clottey won the 1st 5 rounds and even when he supposedly broke his hand he was still punching just not as much so imo margarito did not win every round afte the 5th almost all of those rounds could of went either way.
cotto won atleast 7 rounds so that means margarito was losin the fight and every boxer i have heard speak about this fight says that cotto was winning that fight until about the last 2 rounds.there is no way an elite boxer gets destroyed the way margarito did so that just shows that margarito is and never was an elite fighter

I think De La Hoya's achievements/skills are a bit overrated, but you can't question who he got in the ring with. Looking at his fight record is like a who's who of this era in boxing!

That can apply with other great boxers of this era. We can also dissect Hopkins, Mayweather, Jones, etc. That's how I see it.

Where did I say he cheated against Cotto?..quote me on it please..and I'll admit wrongdoing on that..I always said I have the right to assume he did because of the circumstances..(ie. being 4-1 favorite on Mosley, being 2-1 underdog on Cotto/biggest night of his LIFE)

And some people prefer the actual LOVE from their fans over the Monetary gain from it..it's like underground rappers who put the best **** out there but ain't makin as much as Soulja Boy..although money can be great for some or even most..a lot still prefer the love for what ever it is they participate in and the fans who support them!..
