yeah, but that doesnt prove that its a country... usually a country has sovereignty, something puerto rico doesnt have.
in conclusion: puerto rico is a great place with a great boxing heritage and legacy, but its not a country
even if a place isnt legally or politically recognised as a country on its own if it has a separate identity and culture like PR has it is pretty much a country in my opinion
