Man, reading through some of those web pages of tech helpline calls from various computer companies, I haven't laughed so much in years! I imagine it's the same in your call center. Must be kinda frustrating at times though.

On the contrary, I feel good when I see someone trying his/her best to speak or write English so that other people can understand him...
Look at Manny... during his first fight with Barrera he can hardly speak English before the interpreter took over the conversation when he failed to explain what he was trying to say...
Look at him now.. LOL... Though he still can't say it very fluent but at least the majority can understand him... and in reality he is an elementary undergraduate before boxing.... he learned a lot in boxing...
