Ali will be hard because of all of the 'looking back' shows, ect that will play when it happens.
Well Forrest was one of my favorites and i've been in a bad mood most of the day.

I'll definitely shed tears man, I wouldn't cry like a baby but when there is an intense emotional build up deep in you tears find their way out. you're not crying for no reason, you're crying because you know that person will no longer live, he will no longer age, breathe, talk or be present in any situation ever again physically.. for EVERYONE there is a person whose death would bring that upon them, for some there are more than others but if you cry due to a death there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, that person may have influenced you in a way that will forever be missed to you. Vernon influenced me, he showed me that timing beats speed 1st hand, I learned a lot of things about Boxing due to watching him fight. he was a fighter who I didn't just watch his fights I watched with excitement as a fan, admiration for his class and character and just to know his life was so savagely taken after so much hard work he put in his days is just sickening, to know after such a clean life his end of days came to feeling of bullets penetrating his limbs, it hurts me to even think about it man.. some of you will never truly understand this, some will, but if you cried over this or anything like that it only exemplifies the love you had for that person to begin with, the tears are from the pain you feel but if you feel no pain over it then no tears. he was a class act and his murder affected me, I can only speak for myself though, Reat In Peace Vernon Forrest, a real champion..

          Absolutely.

I'm not talking about full on funeral tears or anything, because unless we had met/knew them there's no way we could be that hurt from it.

But Diego Corrales and Vernon Forrest were two of my favorite fighters of the last generation.

I shed a tear or two for Diego when I watched the tribute they had for him on "Friday Night Fights", and I'll probably do the same when I see a moving tribute for Vernon.

Mostly though I just feel really bummed out and think about their family.

I'd probably cry if Bhop died. I was pretty sad about forrest and shocked over Arguello. For some reason, I felt bad for Gatti, but never really had that emotional connection. I don't really either for Forrest, but I feel sad about his death more then I did Gatti's.

If i was drunk then yeah probably, if i'm sober, most likely i'd have misty eyed moments, but not actually cry.

I've never cried for someone I never met...

Been to 3 funerals of late...cried at one cuz I knew that person well...the other 2 were in the fam but weren't too close to me
