There's a reason why Ross Greenburg, HBO's president of sports who has always produced quality programming, won't touch MMA[3].
    1. Goldie has call stuff for FSN and ESPN. Rogan is a BJJ Brown Belt under Eddie Bravo and has a TKD background. Where's the sports entertainment?

    2. Those are 10 second spots between rounds before the fight starts again. You rather watch seconds bumble around and rush out before the round starts? (BTW, they don't show the girls all the time. Last card it was three times. Still, complaining about 30secs?)

    3. Greenburg producing quality programming? You're going to sit there and tell me that DLH/Pac production-wise, not match-wise, production-wise was "quality"? Honestly?

Greenburg didn't pull out, the Fertitas did. Why? Because Greenburg wanted to do production.

    Greenburg SUCKS as a producer.

I would rather watch SETANTA's coverage of Boxing then HBO's

IMO, that type of ***** would be more attractive if it were illegally run. Like a real fight club or an underground thang like Kimbo. There'd be more money involved with the betting and stuff. Organizing a "street-like" fight just isn't as appealling as two boxers going at it.

But on the flipside, a boxing match on the street is boring. Like street boxing? With the exception of the Bareknuckle Boxing Irish Gypies.

In fact, the boxing administration isn't really in favor for all that MMA stuff. I'll explain later.

It's no secret. The higher ups in Boxing are very old McDojoists. Not ****ing realizing that MMA is giving the Grappling community a legitimate means to earn money with their talent and wants to take down Dana White and the UFC like a Scientologist wants to take down a critic. Just because he said "Boxing Sucks."

**** them and anyone who follows.
