They have tried to go to his body, he just doesn't let you hit him there. Calzaghe tried, and missed almost every body shot he threw, Pavlik tried missed all of them, Tito tried the list goes on. It seems harder to hit Hopkins in the ribs then on the chin.

I think you just have to rough him up, push him with your hip, hit him on the back. It sounds crazy because that's what he does but you kinda just have to out-Hopkins him.

How is he running???? At 44 he can pick and choose whatever he wants and if he finds no motivation in dawson but motivation to go up in weight yet again to fight adamek, what's wrong with that? IMO beating Adamek would be much more rewarding and impressive on bhop's resume. To have owned The Ring belts at middlweght, light heavy and cruiser is quite impressive.

I say that beating the man in his division who HAS ALREADY beaten the Cruiserweight champ (that he is now calling out) would win much more respect in the hardcore boxing scene. Also, the Dawson fight would be a much better fight. He can run from Adamek and stink out the place but he would have to be much more aggressive against Dawson. How would Adamek be more impressive being that Dawson already beat him? Doesn't make sense.

I don't think Dawson's style is good for Hopkins really, we saw how much trouble Hopkins had dealing with the movement and volume of Calzaghe. Adamek's style is a lot easier to figure out, though the difference in strength will probably be sizable.

I see him winning too in a little bit of a sleeper. adamek is more versatile than pavlik so I don't see bernard being as aggressive as he was in that fight. Plus, he probably can't hurt adamek. but he can box circles around his big ass and is hard enough to take some shots.
