Unless the smaller guys can come up and make a statement at welterweight first, then they shouldnt even bother talking about it.If Floyd comes back he should be making fights against the top welters,Cotto,Moseley,Williams etc.I am really not a fan of this catchweight nonsense.16 weight divisions is enough, surely people should either make fights at these weights or come in light if neccesary.Whoever started this moving of the goalposts so to speak has a lot to answer for.

they seemed to forgot that Mayweather like JMM and others moved up as well and he dipped out quick soon after. They seem to make him out to be a giant.

U know what,Cotto is a small welterweight too,but he still fought Margarito and he is now going to fight Clottey, small welterweight or not,how can u rule a division without fighting the best in that division, sounds like an excuse as to why Floyd shouldnt fight true welterweight elites to me!!!!

other than this pbf/jmm is a joke.
Or make Mayweather's ass come back down to 140. He's said in the past that he can do it.
