It's a shame a slight culture of retiring and coming back has been started by some people, because it's then assumed on others whom are genuinely retired.
Agreed people like B-hop, Trinidad and Now Maybe Mayweather retiring and then coming back isnt helping. Lennox lewis retired and kept it that way...Calzaghe isnt 31 the man is 37 years old, Has so many hand injuries dating back 5 years now.

He says he has achieve all he wants and can in boxing and at 37 i hope he doesnt comeback.

I don't think anybody deserved to win the Calz-Hop fight.....Calzaghe pushed the fight more however and I guess that's why he won. Well at least that's just me because I respect the guy that creates offense more than the guy that relies on the other guy to do that for him.....pretty much what Hopkins was doing.

It doesn't surprise me that he is not interested in a rematch. Joe has one win over him and that was very close/debatable decision.

Definitely, Calzaghe certainly has the power and chin to fight at cruiser.

exactly.. what does it prove? Joe can barely edge out a 43 y/o on a good night?
