He got hit alot hugh? That tells me Tua will knock him out cold! But i expect Tua to be in good shape, than he will have no problem with Cameroon. Hope Tua will weigh under 240.
Tua will have a verry long good camp, hes already training for weeks and the fight will be in June, hes had/has to lose much weight though. He has enough time to do it though.

Question: Does this fight have any broader implications on the hw division as a whole? Or in other words, does the winner of this fight get ranked as a top contender?...

The winner of Cameroon vs. Tua will be a Top20 at heavyweight.

LOL! It took him 11 rounds to beat Robert Davis! I don't remember the last time Davis went even 5 rounds vs a fringe conender.he got ko'd by Friday ahunanya(decent gatekeeper).cameron is regional at best.tua will ko him easily if tua under 300 pounds...tua been inactive but 1 punch is all it takes.cameron has problems with journeyman.he is NEVER going to be a contender for world title.if tua loses he should never fight again.shane better stay fighting in newzealand & Australia because he will get exposed if he fights anywhere else.

Bollocks mate...look at some of the bums that have taken Tua 11 rounds to put away...one yank guy he was fighting was beating him and he KOed him in the twelth round!...how lucky was that???
Anyway im looking forward to the fight no matter what...I like both guys.

I was watching on Maori TV, some of us actually thought the fight may have been rigged, I will give you a rundown.

First the fight was held in a barn, yes an actual barn. Davis came out, Boxrec have him ranked 420th in the world btw, he was a late sub too. He looked fat and uninterested, Shane was teeing off on him, landing about 15 shots per round, Davis never looked hurt though, Shane himself ate a fair amount of leather. Shane was cut by a headbut, as soon as the blood showed, Davis backed off, not throwing anything for the rest of the round. The fight was stopped in the 11th because Davis was not throwing anything, however I think he could have made the final bell.
