What are Jmm's best wins? And are they tougher opposition than Morales'?
Not even close. What Marquez has done is nice, but in no way compares to what the Terrible did.

when compared to Manny..pac lost to the "freshest" version of Erik he fought..and was losing in 3 judges scorecards until the 6th when he faced a Erik who was a dehydrated skeleton AND manny got his choice of gloves..aside from that he has a win over a barrera who was still in the trilogy wit erik, two asskickings by marquez, and a win over a corpse version of hoya and a win over diaz who shouldve lost to a shot morales..i

Based on opposition fought and defeated i honestly dont have pac any where near Morales in the ATG list let alone just with those 4...

Some may argue that because JMM has beat better oppostion at lightweight and grabbed the lineal title in the process that he belongs ahead of the other two.

But, it still doesn't negate that he lost to Freddie Norwood, while Morales for instance, only lost in his prime to Barrera. Even Marquez win over Barrera had some controversy to it, and that was a past prime Marco.

Being the same size as MAB and Erik and becoming the true Lightweight King, I'd have to say JMM.

I say Morales and Marquez are on the same level, and are a step ahead of MAB. It would have been nice to see Morales vs Marquez in their primes, would have been a hell of a fight.

hell no... morales owns marquez... the only reason morales isnt still fighting is because he purposefully got into wars that he didnt have to get into.

if morales fought safety first like jmm used to, he'd be a champion at 140 already.

Yeah, I think Morales would have beaten Marquez.

he shore did get two ass kicking from Marquez......... SIKE.. he knocked him down 4 times. and thats why he should have won the first fight but the judge scored the card wrong. Also he WON, the second fight.
And he is the only one to knock out Morales. Morales never been knocked down for reals until Pacquiao. He was past his best, but he wasn't shot. He was still very good.
Everybody needs to give Manny respect for the De La Hoya fight. He beat the crap out of the Golden Boy. De La Hoya looked older, but he was still the bigger man, and the littler man just smacked him around. I bet if Cotto fought Hopkins right now at 160, Hopkins wouldn't let the little man smack him around, even tho he was weight drain. Pacquiao was just to fast for De La Hoya.
He beat a PRIME Barrera whether you like it or not. He was in the Top 5 p4p when he fought Pacquiao the first time. Pacquiao deserves his respect and is above Morales slightly in ATG list in my Opinion
