I think Marquez would beat a prime Barrera, but a prime EM, scares me...if JMM becomes the 1st mexican to win 4 titles in in 4 different weight classes, FOR sure ABOVE Barrera and a lil bit above Morales

      Accomplishments-wise, Morales>Barrera>Marquez, although Marquez
could change things going against a few big names over the next
      couple of years. JMO.

I was going to write something exactly like that. Good post. Green K.

They all acheived world titles in three different classes. Some may say its hard to put Morales ahead of Barrera considering he lost two out of three against him.

I agree, good point. However, I consider their whole series a wash to be honest. Not to discredit Barrera, he won the third fight without a doubt. But the other two fights could have easily gone Morales' way and we wouldn't even be talking about it. All the fights were very close. To be honest I rank them basically dead even achievements wise, but I rank Morales slightly higher because I think he is the better fighter. It's all opinion though. I'm okay anyway anyone wants to place these three guys though, they all deserve it.

True Morales does have the greatest win out of all of them. I don't think anyone would question that.

Well said dans01234. I think that one win over Pacquiao gives Morales the first place edge this far.

                    Morales, and then the others.

Prime Morales simply did not lose to fighters like Norwood or John.

It wasn't until he was already past his best that he was very beatable, and even at that stage, still gave it out as well as he took it.

If Jmm wants to go ahead of Morales..Here is what Jmm has to contend against:

                      Daniel Zaragosa
                      Junior Jones
                      Kevin Kelley
                      Wayne Mc Collough
                      Carlos Hernandes,
                      Guty Espadas
                      Pauly Ayala
                      In Jin Chi
                      Jesus Chaves
                      Marco Antonio Barrera
                      Manny Pacquiao
David Diaz..? [most thought Morales won..got scewed out of a 4title]

What are Jmm's best wins? And are they tougher opposition than Morales'?
