No, he wont and it doesnt work that way. He is likely to never get licensed again if he takes fights in Mexico. His best bet would be to wait it out so he can come back for decent money. Either way Tony is one dimensional and shopworn, his time at the top has come and gone. He will probably have a few more good fights, but he isnt going to be on any P4P lists.
