At the time they fought Holyfield was past-prime as well. In fact he was considered far more washed up than Tyson was. I think Holyfield beats EVERY version of Tyson you care to put him in with. The Spinks example is misleading. Spinks was a puffed up Light-Heavyweight who hadn't fought in more than a year and was obviously scared to death climbing in the ring. I would say he was looking for a soft place to land from the moment the first punch landed. The Ruddock fights were more impressive showings by Tyson in my view anyway.
