I think they are equally as bad. Margarito would have kept fighting, however maybe he would have really gotten hurt, permanently. Cotto took the knees because he was smart, same he would have gotten permanently hurt. Besides, both camps threw in the towel. Equally bad.

I'm just saying that the way you worded your statement, it sounded like you were insinuating that Cotto was the only way to Margarito's payday. You stated " make Margarito pay ". Just remember Arum pretty much calls the shots. If you weren't insinuating that, then I may have misunderstood you. Just remember, Cotto still has something to prove in the division. Not everyone is calling Cotto's name. The names that are mostly being thrown around are MAYWEATHER AND PACQUIAO.

Very true. I was opposed of the De La Hoya Pacquiao fight when it was announced. And I will admit, I thought De La Hoya was going to knock out Pacquiao. I was wrong.

My point is a highly regarded fighter should avenge his losses. Especially a devastating one. Margarito might have dropped a few notches because of his loss. But if he came back, people would want him to rematch Mosley just like Cotto should rematch Margarito.
