I think Cotto should pick Clottey if he wants to really establish himself. I don't think Cintron deserves the fight because he hasn't earned it, however it might make good money especially it being before the Puerto Rican Day Parade ( I also think alot of Cotto fans hate Cintron, so they would like to see his ass get beat down ) The safer fight in my opinon would be Berto. Berto has not proved anything, except that he's undefeated. I actually thought he lost to Collazo, he still has unfinished business there I think. I have a feeling he's going to pick Berto. Just my opinion.
