Shane Mosely has always been a classy fighter and never points the finger at boxers or makes excuses. I believe that he is giving Margarito the benefit of the doubt, but even if he did believe the Margaito knew he wouldn't say so because that's like saying Margarito's accomplishments have been a lie and Mosely is above that. Either way though he did state that the wraps were wet and that is illegal anyway. Margarito should have at least known that much don't you think?

But on the flip side, maybe Cotto's scared. Cotto and Margo was supposed to fight in June. Who knows what Cotto is thinking and feeling about fightin Margo again. Now that Margo go suspended, that's a relief that Cotto doesn't have to fight Margo because of the ban. But now that Margo might be able to fight outside of the States, there's a possibility that the rematch is still on.

Personally, Margo shouldn't be saying anything at all. It's pretty bad for to get caught with a "foreign substance" in your gloves, especially when you're the champ. That's pretty embarrassing.

If they do fight, i hope Cotto gets to Margo this time. He had to have learned something from losing and from watching the Mosely fight. I hope Cotto destroys Margo and then reclaims the belt from Mosely. Sugar Shane is a good champ though. I wouldn't hate on him if he retained the belt against Cotto. In fact, that'd be tight if Mosely held on to the belt until he retires in a few years.

You have a point. But your wraps being wet and having plaster are two very different things. Mosley may be giving the benefit of the doubt, but he made one very good conclusion. He didn't get hit alot in the fight, Cotto did against Margarito.

I think he's referring to Cotto and his fans. He may be taking it out on them in his post. You are right, Cotto has been nothing but classy ( however I think he's at his boiling point- in his last recent interview he stated " you saw how swollen my face was " he was hinting at something ). We'll see how Cotto reacts after this.
