Really, has anybody that has watched this sport for awhile seen something like this?
Of course we can throw out Tyson, and a couple of more tragic figures.
But to me, this takes the cake. And I think it is going to head down some similar endings.
First of all, HBO thought it would be a great idea to run a "exclusive" about SSM's PEM abuse before the fight. No doubt it was pretty much common knowledge, but hey, let's get to the bottom of it the night before the fight.

Meanwhile, Margarito's folks are making threads about, "This won't enhance his standing; Mosley is a shot fighter. He will get no respect if he beats him."
(I picked Margarito to win a UD, by the way.)

But not only does he get caught, with who knows what, he gets destroyed by a "old, washed upped" fighter.

I mean, DESTROYED.

I can see some of the bitterness coming from some people. Margarito went from pretty much the class at 147, to a freaking joke. Quick.
