Cotto could take on clottey, mosley could fight berto & then the best 2 of the four face each other. Then when there is a real recognize champ at 147, pacquiao gets thrown in the mix if he is still the p4p to make the fight even bigger!!

The problem with boxing is that everyone is so quick to get the next big fight but not really trying to make themselves the big fight. Pacquiao made himself a big draw & so did hatton & these guys are smaller & younger than cotto/mosley but they still will fight them? Marquez/diaz was a great fight because they were both the best in the division fighting for the #1 spot & that's what cotto/mosley should be doing & that's facts not hate.

the truth. Best post of the day!!!!!!!!!

This is a crock of ****. Cotto has no business fighting Manny. Manny is way too small. There is plenty of guys in the 147 lb. division for cotto to fight.

Nobody on this board ever admits to being wrong. Just like when everyone was saying DLH was gonna kill Pac. After that fight everyone just stayed quiet or started making up excuses when everyone knew DLH was gonna come in at 147 on fight night as was agreed on. I could add a lot more but theres no point they will never admit to their crap!

What, that Margarito is a cheater? LOL no sweat off my back.

I was one who gave Margarito props on his win against Cotto. There's no shame in losing fights. But its pretty hard to sit there and no ask yourself the obvious considering what was found prior to the Mosley fight and the events that took place after. If I were someone who had fought Margarito in the past and am watching this whole situation unfold, basic logic is going to tell you that chances are he used them against other fighters prior to the Mosley fight.

            Ex.

Mosley: Presumed the older fighter, on his downward spiral of his career, a good name for Margarito to have under his belt...but not looked at as a threat. - Illegal substance found

Cotto: The undefeated, recognized Welterweight champion, the biggest name at 147 coming off wins against Zab Judah, Carlos Quintana, and Shane Mosley. The biggest fight in Margarito's career. Those intangibles aren't enough to suspect that Margarito used them in his fight with Cotto?

Play a little role reversal and I can guarantee your thought process will be quite different.

You forgot to mention the prior fighters. Clottey, Williams, Cintron, Johnson??? Clottey's excuse to losing was he broke his hand, Willams schooled Margarito like Mosley did. If Margarito used Plaster where was the knock out or punishment in those fights??? Ahhhhhhhh. So what about Cintron, weak minded Cintron????? Put that together buddy.

Here is a little info for you, the height and reach of the fighters you talk about: Margarito- 5'11"/73", Mosley- 5'9"/74", Cotto- 5'7"/67", Pac- 5'6.5"/67"
As you can see, Cotto and Paquiao are about the same size except for Cotto being at his natural weight. The reason Margarito was critizized is because he's already big at WW. He's being milking his ability to make 147lbs. because he is not as effective at 154lbs. He has a 4" advantage in height and a 6" advantage in reach over Paquiao. That's why people talked s.h.i.t. I don't blame the guy for wanting to fight Pac because it's a big payday which is the reason Cotto and Mosley want to fight him too. I want to see Cotto-Clottey and Mosley-Berto with the winners facing each other at the end of the year. For Margarito though, I can care less if he fights again!, fu.ck.ing cheater!

I actually thought that Pac could outbox DLH but could get caught and KTFO. I never even imagined that Pac would do what he did though. One more thing, change that crap on your screen! it should say: Viva Mexico and F.U.C.K. Margarito!

another reason why Cotto is gonna fight Cintron instead of Clottey.
