He already has! Pacquiao "saying" he will fight Marquez doesn't mean shyt at this point. Recall what he said previously:
"I will fight him[Marquez] anytime. But since I will be the promoter, he must first accept all the conditions I will ask including a smaller purse [for him]," Pacquiao said. "If he agrees to the conditions, I know he is fighting for honor and I will fight him. If not, he's only after getting big purse."

I agree JMM wouldn't sell without Pac, but the same could be said about Pac not selling without JMM. He has never sold without another big name in the opposite corner thus far (outside of the Phillipines). The same could be said about other fighters (i.e. FMJ).Comment
