PAC HAS NEVER DUCKED, AS DID MARQUEZ WHO DUCKED MORALES, AND DUCKED THE SECOND FIGHT WITH PAC AFTER THE DRAW. FOR DAMN SURE.
And just an FYI, in case you haven't heard, a second fight between JMM-Pacquiao already took place. Yes it did, and this was a more dangerous and better polished version of Pacquiao than the one that was offered for $750K to JMM "after the draw".

It is hard to "duck" somebody when the offer is never on the table. It is the consensus amongst many boxing writers that both the Barrera and Morales management (not the fighters themselves) wanted NOTHING to do with Marquez. Too much risk and very little reward.
