You do realize that Corry did not rush Wlad, or you never seen that fight and only read about it?

Anyway, no fighter that ever tried to rush against Wlad won. No one. And it ain't gonna happen now either. Especially since Haye is not the type of a fighter who can "rush".

Corry Sanders pulled him in and countered him off Wlad's right hand, which was more due to Wlad's making a mistake then Corry's amazing boxing ability.
Wlad had not done that mistake in years.

Wlad come only lose this if he has a mental mess up, Haye will be sent on his way. I hope Kiltschko plays with him first then just takes his head off.

THis changes everything!! I was actually picking Haye in an upset before but now that its in Berlin I give Haye snowballs shot in hell.

Cong**** on Wlad getting his first meaningful win, even if its against a natural cruiserweight.

I don't really use the Sun newspaper as a realible source but if its true thats great news.

I feel Klitschko wins by ko in 7 rounds or less.

Yeah but now when Wlad KTFO of Haye with ease, all we are going to hear from Haye fans is how the ref helped Wlad and it wasnt fair.

The same way when PBF KTFO of Hatton they were bitching about the ref. PBF fought Hattons style of fight, Hatton likes wrestling matches and PBF gave him one. If PBF stayed on the outside and circled and backed up and moved more, and scored a wide UD, they would have said PBF was scared.

Basically they ***** no matter what.

I can't see it making much difference. A German crowd will hate Haye, but he thrives on that. He won't get a decision there, but I don't think anyone really thinks it will go that far.

...It was overconfidence on Wlad's part and his team was **** for scheduling that fight and not taking Sanders seriously. I had a bad feeling about it the day it was announced. I was telling my neighbor how dangerous the fight was for Wlad and right then he got hit with the shot that started it all. Wlad should have been extremely cautious until he wore Sanders down in that one.

Actually, if Sanders did rush him in, Wlad would have likely weathered that and wore him down. But it was Wlad's inability to go in clinch to recover coupled with his "punch for punch" attitude that got him a loss. If he was as experienced then as he is now, he would very likely survived. In fact, he would have never gotten himself into that situation either.

                      Posted on the ring's website!!!

The intriguing heavyweight matchup between IBF/WBO titleholder Wladimir Klitschko and former crusierweight champ David Haye is back on after it appeared that a disagreement over the site of the potential fight had stalled negotiations to a standstill.

Klitschko, THE RING's No. 1 heavyweight contender, wanted the fight to take place in Europe, while the representatives of Haye, a dynamic-punching cruiserweight who recenlty entered the heavyweight division, were pushing for the fight to take place in the U.S. (preferably at Madison Square Garden).

However, according to Richard Shaefer, CEO of Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Haye in the U.S., the two sides have agreed to stage the heavyweight title fight in Europe on June 20.

"Contracts have been exchanged and it looks like the fight is back on," Schaefer, who met with Haye's management while in the UK to attend the recent Ricky Hatton-Manny Pacquiao press conference, told RingTV.com. "A deal structure has been reached and now it is a matter of working out the legal details."

One of those details will be exactly where the fight - which will be televised on HBO - takes place in Europe. Haye (22-1, 21 knockouts) is a charismatic London native who draws very well in his home city and other parts of England. However, Klitschko (52-3, 46 KOs), a native of Ukraine whose pro career was developed in Germany is a huge draw in Germany.

"Germany may be the frontrunner for the location," Schaefer said, "but it hasn't been decided yet."
