Like I said, most people on the floor level saw Rocky winning, so no surprise the judges were influenced by the heavy impact of the body and power punches that Juarez landed moreso than the jabs and straight rights that John landed.

Yes definitely. One of these days he's going to grab a fighter's arm and that fighter is going to suffer brain damage from being knocked out cold while being broken up because he is defenseless. They really should fire Lawrence Cole already.

John had very frustrating movement and could not keep the fight in close distance.... so once he did...he would wrap up John to keep him from going anywhere while he punched away on the other side.

Wow, I'm not sure there is much hope for you.
I've been in attendence for more than a couple dozen L.Cole refereed bouts.
I do not defend him, he is trash. He was suspended for 6 months by TX commission for his action during JMM bout when he was cut by headbutt, nothing to do with our argument. But his method of unwrapping tied up fighters harkens back to the old school days when referees would interact with the fighters more than today. It is a good method actually of keeping the action going. In fact, I've been standing there during pre-fight referee instructions when Cole outlined that he would do this.
Moreover, I saw John holding Juarez's back of head and landing shots to his face on more than a few occasions. Rocky isn't known to hold and his best assets are his inside hooks coming off of combinations, so holding is counterproductive and should be counterintuitive for you.

Laurence Cole's mother is sleeping with the Texas boxing commissioner. He will never be fired.

Oh look at this, your BIASED AMERICAN judge, Tom Miller scored Pacquiao over JMM in their rematch. Yeah, he hates Asians..

Big props tp John for not being afraid to come over to America and fight a guy who he just had a draw that should have been a clear win against. Hopefully with his new found confidence he'll try to set up a unification match with someone.

Of Course everybody on the floor want their hometown boy winning the fight.
                  IMHO its not draw.
Why I don't want CJ do rematch agains RJ? Simply just because RJ don't deserve it. I believe CJ will win the fight again but RJ really don't deserve the rematch enough said.
Just do Unification Match forget RJ

Wow, I'm gonna give up after this, there really is no hope for you.

What I meant by people on the floor seeing it for Juarez is that people viewing from above, from the stands and from the TV cameras, saw the jabs as being more effective. But you know what?? Harold Lederman watching on his teleprompter, and you at home, DO NOT judge fights. The judges who decide the fights are where? ON THE FLOOR. As for "want their hometown boy".. well no, most of the people sitting around me were from out of town.
So you think RJ doesnt deserve a rematch even tho he almost knocked your boy out in the last two rounds. Oh ok. Well, HBO thinks he deserves it, and they want the rematch..

i really don't get americans sometimes, so anywhere but america you can have a "hometown decision"? but if an american judge is from another state that can't happen? people are biased even in america....
