You'll find people who talk like Juan in California and most cities in Texas. Really, any state on the border or with high concentrations of hispanics. If you grow up in primarily spanish speaking enviroments, you will not speak the best english. Some of my friends talk like Juan, some talk like Max Kellerman.

Diaz' accent cracks me up. It sounds mostly Mexican, but also a little bit white Texas Cowboy like George W. Bush. But maybe all Texas Mexicans talk like that.
