Yeah, no way Manny drops out of the top 3 simply by losing to hatton. I'd be hard pushed to throw him off the top spot, but I wouldn't have a big problem with Marquez being #1 and Pac being #2.

Top 3 if Hatton wins will be Marquez, Hopkins, and Vazquez.

i didn't say hatton would definitely be number 1, i said top 3 would be debatable, depending on who you root for. explain to me how you guys see it working out......

considering hatton was undefeated, lost to only mayweather (the then p4p #1) then comes back and beats the #1 p4p fighter, i think a case could be made for hatton being at least top 3.

i also don't see how pacman can lose to an unranked hatton, but only drop 1 spot to #2 p4p......

Hatton would be at the back end of the queue, like bringer said. Maybe 8 or something.

i would def put Marquez #1 (he's already at that 1b. position right now in my eyes)

              Then maybe Vazquez #2, B-Hop #3, Pacquaio #4, R Marquez #5, Hatton #6

no, i was just saying cotto was vastly more skilled than margarito, not too many gave margarito a chance. i think there has been enough upsets in the last year for everyone to have learned a lesson about saying somebody has "no chance."

by the way, i'm still waiting for proof margarito used those wraps against cotto. i believe so, like everybody else, but there still is no "concrete" evidence, no pun intended.......

Hatton should be like 9 or 10 P4P right now, with a win over the number 1, he should get to be number 4 or 5. No way he is top 3. he doenst have the accomplishments or the resume, to jump him that high. Plus the fact that the are a bunch of guys that have bigger accomplishments, even after(If)) he beats Pacquaio.

He will be worthy of number 4 or 5, because he is beating the number 1 guy. No way he gets to be higher than that!!!!!!!!!!!

i think loosing to an opponent like hatton would automatically put pac in at best #3 p4p...

ok, you get my point now. we are basically arguing over 1 spot. i say A CASE COULD BE MADE FOR 3, you say maybe 4 or 5......how big is the gap between being 3 or 4?

being that hatton has lost only 1 fight- to mayweather- who was #1, and if he comes back to beat the current #1 fighter, i think a case can be made for at least 3rd.......and i'm not a hatton fan, to say the least.
