Yeah he is. Marquez arguably beat Pacquiao twice, who Pacquiao was a clear cut above Calzaghe. Add that with wins of Diaz, Casamayor, Juarez, and Barrera and you get your P4P #2 spot.

Hopkins killed Pavlik and arguably beat Calzaghe plus wins over Winky and Tarver, but JMM deserves to be ranked above imo.

But then B-Hop bounced back and beat a Top 10 P4P, unbeaten young middleweight champion.....dominating him. Was Casamayor top 10 P4P like Pavlik???

That beats Marquez's victory over a old ass Casamayor who should've lost his linear title 2 fights ago on a undercard.
