2002 Floyd Mayweather vs. Juan Diaz at 135

Who do you think would have won this hypothetical match up?

Technically at 140 this fight could still be made today. But just for the hell of it.......

Juan Diaz doesn't have the power to get Mayweather's respect, Mayweather will walk him down and stop him late.

A reading from the Gospel of Floyd Mayweather of Michigan.

There was a crowd. A group of angry Mexican people, all proclaiming Mayweathers faults.

"YOU LOST TO CASTILLO" screamed a 5'1 sheppard who called himself Dinamita. "You were hit many times, and we demand you step down as our lord and savior!"

Mayweather replied.. "He who hath never been hit with a right hand, may throweth the first left hook".

          There was silence.

This is the word of our Lord.

I see what your thinking, how Diaz's swarming style is the type that gave Floyd trouble vs. Castillo. But I think it'd look like this fight with Marquez. I think Diaz would have his moments early, and eventually Floyd would settle in and pick him apart. Diaz would get gassed and than Floyd would knock his ass out.

Castillo gave Floyd no problems in the rematch. So that is not a valid argument
