    Houston Boxing Scene

These fighters need to be thought what to say after loosing a good fight.

Juarez... if you are fighting an "USA-unknown Indonesian champ" in your backyard... with 3 US judges, and a US ref... and the final outcome of the fight is a DRAW... is because YOU DEFINITELY DID NOT WIN. There is no doubt that you lost the fight. So to state that you thought you won was ridiculous. Maybe in Houston, when your best friends just tell you it was a good give and take... and that noone won the "after-school-brawl", in reality, you got your ass kicked.

Diaz... you are the man. That was a great fight agaisnt a top and elite fighter. Don't give any excuse. Next time, just go out there and say; "I gave it my best shot, it was a hell of a fight, but at the end Marquez cought me with a good one and knock me out. My respects for JMM. (PERIOD)." And then thanks every fan for coming to support you.

    Your thoughts...???

          No.
Clinching doesn't win fights, it just delays the inevitable

Cotto wasn't going to overcome loaded wraps, so we need to let that go and mark it up as a NC. I don't count anybody's losses to Margarito now. As far as I'm concerned, Clottey beat him, Cintron beat him twice and Cotto beat him.

Diaz wasn't going to survive clinching or not. Marquez took him out like a damn marksman.

Yea, but if diaz would have clinched, he would of made it to the 10th round.
