100% agree and as I said in a previous thread, GREAT win for Marquez even though he was the favorite coming in but he hasnt even tested 147 or even 140 to even let the word MAYWEATHER come out of his mouth.

Yeah, Marquez was SLIGHTLY favored (on here and on ESPN). This still was classified as a "Pick 'Em" Fight. Diaz's youth still counted for a lot, as you saw in the early rounds.

That's delusional and the one person who said "he's the greatest Mexican fighter of all time" clearly knows nothing about boxing history, but you'll always get one or two weirdos in any thread. Marquez is going to be classed as an all time great, though, maybe even in the top 5 Mexican fighters of all time, depending on what else he does before he retires.

And as others have mentioned, he was only the narrow favourite to win this fight, no-one expected him to win as convincingly as he did.
