Well typical Marquez fashion. Using smarts, making adjustments and coming out with the victory. The pressure seemed to effect him early on, but he adjusted. Started to land his great combinations and found a home with that right uppercut. Then it was fitting he ended the fight with that punch. He's the best LW in the world and I hope Pac fights him again or another big name steps up to the plate and fights him.

Props to Juan Diaz..to be fair tho he is alot bigger than them..but he put up a HELL of a fight..but Marquez was just in another league!..

I knew it was too early for Diaz to go in wit a guy like Diaz..especially after losing to a guy like Campbell just 2 fights earlier..

Agreed!! I'm never batting against Marquez again. I was hoping that Diaz would win since he is one of my favorites, but Marquez again proved that he is a beast and can make a solid claim that he deserves to be the P4P best. Wish him and Diaz a quick recovery after this slugfest.

Diaz isn't really built for those type of wars yet. He looked great early on but his strategy wasn't that smart for someone as crafty as JMM.

Diaz was applying that pressure and it was bothering Marquez, but as usual he made an adjustment and it was game over for Diaz. Juan fought hard though and well, no shame in losing to a great fighter in Marquez.
